From March 1st&nbsp;&nbsp;to&nbsp; May 10th,&nbsp;<strong>Rita Vilhena and Ana Vit&oacute;ria</strong>&nbsp;are guiding the Laboratory - Performance do Eu, at F&aacute;brica da Criatividade.&nbsp;<br />

This practical, reflective and experimental laboratory explores self-representation at the intersection of art and life, combining playful-poetic exercises with a theoretical approach to contemporary performing arts. Facilitated by Rita Vilhena and Ana Vit&oacute;ria, it promotes subjective expression, connecting life stories, body movement and symbolic objects to create autobiographical performances. Art is understood here as a vital, social and political practice, culminating in a joint performance that celebrates the participants&#39; transformative artistic journey.<br />
