I facilitate a dance class normally with a life musician. 
The class starts with an individual warm up, moving across the floor with different repetitions - rising from the floor to standing.
It develops and moves in to partnering, pushing the sense of proprioception to another level.
The class is designed to move from the internal to the peripheral body, from the individual space to the communal space.
By the end of it you will be warm and ready for what comes next.
The choice is always yours to make the best of it, for that you need to participate and commit.
