What's happening to us now is a cliffhanger. The only fictions that can be confronted are those we face when we decide to forget that we know what's going on. We decide to fictionalize, without ever losing sight of the truths. At what point will our fiction fall apart, at what action will we decide that we no longer feel like playing together?

4. Book Release
Autobiographical processes - performative modes and affective forms of creation in contemporary dance present to the performing arts field a fundamental contribution when putting to a debate the artist's place as a simultaneous narrator and subject of their own artistic production. This movement that has been drawing itself out since modern times, especially in literature, and that within the contemporary, positions itself as a potent field of articulation of the art with life, and reverberates in all fields of pedagogical artistic research.
The theoretical questions, procedural and poetic, are studied here and related to the pedagogical artistic process of the author, resulting in a reflective analysis about their production as choreographer and contemporary creator and performer, alike with their collaborations with choreographers and contemporary creators that develop their research away from representation as the creative model and consider autoperformance as a knowledge and practical art field, that prioritizes the subjectivity of the matter.
As the fruit of the investigation, through poetic body exploration and creation, AnaVitoria reveals her creation system that has been developing itself and applying itself for 30 years in universities, movement research centers, workshops, dance companies, artistic residencies, movement directing for theatrical plays, and national as well as international study groups, deconstructing models of body-thought subjugation that dances in the contemporary world.
