PARTÍCULA NO AÇÚCAR

On June 15, we gathered at CPBC to celebrate the first anniversary of Palco Experimental | Partícula Extravagante with another session. This time, we received proposals from the creatives: Mariana Gomes Dias and Francisco Freire, Salud López, Cristina Bendita, and Beatriz Mira and Tiago Barreiros.

We would like to thank everyone for continuing to support this project and the artists we received. Thank you so much!

We leave you with a message from the Artistic Director of Partícula Extravagante:

"Partícula no açúcar - experimental stage is the place where we take risks and feel like family. With no criticism from the press so far, we have the freedom to stay out of the limelight and away from elitism, doing what we want. Friends and acquaintances come to support us and share their comments in a feedback system inspired by Robert Dunn's workshops and the methodology of Sofia Neuparth, from the C.E.M. house.

So far, so good!  We want to widen our circle of friends and expand our unpretentious and original performances. However, as the leader of this project, I don't select work for its aesthetic quality, but rather for its potential for discussion and the way it relates to the body and movement in the performing arts."
